To create a cross-portal article, your Responza installation must be set up for this with a dedicated knowledge base. You can read more about cross-portal articles here or contact us at support@spitzeco.dk.

1. Choose New cross-portal article
   
2. Create the article as usual
   • Please note that some functions are different or cannot be used for cross-portal articles. For example, a cross portal knowledge base has its own category structure. You can therefore not connect a cross-portal article to a category from one of your other knowledge bases.
3. Choose the portals in which you want to display the article/sections
   
4. Save and close when you have entered all relevant information and content.
