1. Click New article
2. From the drop down menu, choose which knowledge base you want article to be in 

You will now be directed to the article edit module from where you have access to multiple tabs

• The General-tab - enter the title, summary, status and potential search words of the article
• The Edit-tab - write the content of your article in the relevant sections
• The Related article-tab - you can choose the articles that may relate to the article you are creatin
• The Category-tab - choose the category/categories you wish to connect the article to
• The Comment-tab - you can write comments or notes for yourself or other/future editors
• The Notification-tab - you can create a reminder for yourself or other editors. We recommend you send notifications to a shared e-mail address
• The Version-tab - access previous versions of an article
