Sort and filter data in this report by

• Type (i.e. view of article, category, dashboard, news, portal, or search result)
• User
• Portal
• Time period / date

Export data

You can export data for Excel for further analysis, e.g. 

• The distribution of page views per user
• The distribution of page views per type (category, article, news, portal)
• The individual user's use of content on different portals

Export data from the bottom table as marked on the screensdump above.

Explanation of columns

• "Id": The id of the viewed page, i.e. the number at the end of your URL when on e.g. an article or portal:
  
• "Type": Is the viewed page an article, news item, or portal
• "PortalId": The id of the portal in which the viewed page is. The name of the portal is shown in the column called "Portal"
• "SearchTerm": The search words used to find the viewed page (only if a search was made)
• "SearchResultCount": The number of search results if a search was made
• "Guid": An id that manages the count of page views - this id has no relevans to your further analysis.
