What is saved in Responza in terms of logs and auditing?
Responza logs all "events” in an audit log. Thus, all events are saved. As an example, whenever you add categories, edit content, add search words and so on, it is logged and saved.
Responza also logs all versions of articles. These versions can be recovered by the admin via the version history function.
Exceptions from the above
The only exception from the above is if a user deletes an article. Then all logging of the event is saved in the Audit log while the article and its content/versions are deleted.
In regard to documents uploaded to Responza, Responza also saves all versions of these. However, since they are most often primarily versioned elsewhere, we do not take further actions than saving them.
