Before you begin building your decision tree, it may be a good idea to draw it from start to finish first.

When ready to build your decision tree, follow the steps below.

1. Choose Decision tree for an overview of your existing decision trees.
2. From here, you can edit or delete existing trees.
3. To create a new decision tree, click New tree

A decision tree is built around a main or 'root' question and the necessary number of options or 'branches'.

• Create a title for your decision tree: Click Edit next to the root of the decision tree
• Create the first question(s) of your decision tree: The first questions are created from the root of the decision tree
• Create and edit questions (branches) in the decision tree: Choose which actions a question should lead to
• Finish your decision tree with a conclusion: When making a conclusion, link to the relevant article in Responza.
