If you have access to Microsoft 365/Office 365 as a company, it is very easy to embed an Office file. The following guide shows you how it is done:

1) Navigate to the office portal to access web versions of your files.

2) Open the file that needs to be embedded in Responza. After the file is opened, click on ‘Files --> Share --> Embed’ You see the following screen. From the screen, you need to copy the embed code to your clipboard.

3) Back in the Repsonza article/news, you need to click on the ‘Source’ button in the toolbar. Here is the HTML code for the article and it is possible to insert the embed code. Then, the Office file will be available.

4) After the embed code is inserted, we can see the file in Responza.
