Users can give feedback on four levels

• Article
• Portal
• News
• Search with no results

Feedback is sent per e-mail to the e-mail address you chose to connect to the portal.
Note: You cannot reply the sender of the feedback by answering the e-mail. You must send any reply directly to the sender's personal e-mail address.

Article level

Two ways to give feedback

1. Click on the feedback icon at the bottom of the article
   
2. Click on the Feedback button in the top right corner while standing in the article you want to give feedback to
   

News level

• Click on the feedback icon in the bottom of the news
  

Portal level

• Click on the Feedback button in the top right corner
  • Note: make sure you are not standing in an article when clicking here. If you are in an article, your feedback will be connected to the article, not the portal.
    

Search with no results

• Click on the button "Didn't find..."
