A cross-portal article can be displayed in multiple portals. To create cross-portal articles, your Responza installation must have a knowledge base that goes across your existing portals. Spitze can create such a knowledge base, if need be.
The knowledge base can use the sections already created in other knowledge bases.
Example of cross-portal article:
- Here, the article is created across two portals, which have a total on 3 sections
- Portal 1 displays sections 1 and 2:
- Portal 2 displays only section 3
